Live Onsite-  This is a traditional auction with live bidders onsite and a auctioneer calling the auction.
Webcast Auction-  This has a traditional auctioneer calling the auction live with web bidders bidding online simultaneously with the live crowd.

Online Timed Auction-  Similar to a Ebaytm  auction.  This has a set start and end time and bidders bid via the internet only.  Bidders are free to inspect the equipment on designated inspection days.
